The Hollywood Reporter released this exclusive clip of Idina Menzel as Shelby Corcoran singing with Lea as Rachel Berry. The two do the duet Somewhere from the broadway musical West Side Story.
As the Glee kids of McKinley High begin to battle it out for the lead in the school’s performance of West Side Story, it looks like Lea Michele’s Rachel Berry gets some extra help.
Idina Menzel’s Shelby Corcoran returns to McKinley on Tuesday’s episode of Fox’s hit musical dramedy as a teacher who winds up reuniting with the daughter she gave up for adoption.
In the clip exclusive to The Hollywood Reporter, Michele and Menzel team for “Somewhere,” from the 1957 Broadway musical West Side Story.
Michele told THR that she’ll be working a lot with Menzel this season. “As her mother, she’s going to help Rachel a lot this year,” Michele said.
We have the first still from next week’s episode of Glee – I Am Unicorn that features Idina Menzel as Shelby! I am so excited she is coming back. I am a HUGE fan of Ms. Menzel!

It’s Over! Lea Michele and Actor Boyfriend Split

Marc Malkin of E!Online exclusively reveals that Lea & Theo have split.
Lea Michele is a single lady.
I can exclusively reveal that…
The Glee star, 25, and her actor boyfriend of more than a year, Theo Stockman, have called it quits, a source tells me.
A rep for Michele confirmed the split. “This is not a dramatic breakup, the relationship just ran its course,” the rep said in a statement. “They are still friends and will always be friends.”
The very low-profile couple first went public when they attended the Time 100 Most Influential People gala in New York City together in May 2010. Stockman, 26, starred in American Idiot on Broadway and has appeared on television shows like 30 Rock and Nurse Jackie.
The two were last spotted vacationing together in Hawaii in July.
